Once again, the cvars you are referring to have only been there for a short while, they only server to lessen the problem, however...the problem is fixed. Even when we removed the server.cfg completely it was as bad as it gets. Thanks for doing whatever it was you did.

By the way. In the server.cfg you inserted it shows sv_stats 0. Does that disable stats? We paid for psychostats.

Nick|NFo wrote:I renamed your old server.cfg to serverold.cfg and replaced it with a new one. You had a couple cvars in the server.cfg that aren't recognizable by Source, but is by 1.6 CS.

I went in and played at 12:50AM PST, and it was operating under normal gameplay with regular friction.

Appears to have been fixed, let us know
Argh! We've had this same problem for quite some time now. I tried removing the server.cfg file entirely as well as replacing it with the one you originally supplied us with. Neither one fixed the friction problem. Is there any way you could take a look at our server as well? Servername is mch. Thanks!

Did you make sure to restart the server whenever you changed the server.cfg?

Thank you very much! It looks like that fixed the problem. Argh! I should have tried inserting those three lines before pestering you. I apologize for that. Oh, and to answer your question, Edge, I did restart the server after every change that I tried. Thanks for your help guys!
